中国国际经济与文化交流促进会（CAPIECE），本着和平、发展、合作、共赢的理念，致力于开展多层次、多渠道、多形式对外经济与文化交流，讲好中国故事、传播好中国声音，深化中外民间交流合作，促进中外民心相通。2026年，促进会“心印中国”系列活动正式启幕，现公开招募志愿者，组建促进会志愿服务队，诚邀热爱中外文化交流、心怀责任与热忱的你，加入我们，共赴一场跨越国界的文化之约，成为中外民心相通的民间使者。

China Association for Promotion of International Economic and Cultural Exchanges (CAPIECE) upholds the principles of peace, development, cooperation and mutual benefit. We are committed to conducting multi-level, multi-channel and diversified international economic and cultural exchanges, telling China’s stories well, spreading China’s voice effectively, deepening non-governmental exchanges and cooperation between China and other countries, and enhancing people-to-people bonds.

In 2026, CAPIECE officially launches the "Heartprint China" series of events. We are now openly recruiting volunteers to form the CAPIECE Volunteer Team. We sincerely invite individuals who are passionate about China-foreign cultural exchanges, responsible and enthusiastic to join us, embark on a cross-border cultural journey, and serve as civilian envoys for people-to-people bonds between China and the world.

1、招募类型及活动介绍 Recruitment Types & Event Introduction

促进会志愿服务队主要服务本会“心印中国”系列中外人文交流赛会、参访、文化体验等各项活动，将长期招募志愿者。

The CAPIECE Volunteer Team mainly provides services for various "Heartprint China" activities, including cultural exchange events, visits, and cultural experiences. Volunteer recruitment is ongoing.

（1）活动介绍Event Introduction：

本年度“心印中国”项目将于4月开启“走进中国新时代”、“过一天中式生活”两大专题系列活动。

This year’s "Heartprint China" program will launch two thematic event series in April:

“走进中国新时代”：以多元视角展现中国新时代的发展成就与精神风貌，邀请外宾参访交流，搭建中外对话的桥梁，让世界看见真实、立体、全面的中国。

“Into China's New Era”:Presenting China’s development achievements and spiritual outlook in the new era from diverse perspectives, inviting foreign guests to participate in visits and exchanges, building a bridge for China-foreign dialogue, and showing the world a true, three-dimensional and comprehensive China.

“过一天中式生活”：挖掘中式生活背后的文化底蕴，邀请中外青年通过沉浸式体验京剧、养生、市井烟火等中式日常，感受传统与现代交融的中国魅力。

“A Day in China”：Exploring the cultural heritage behind Chinese daily life, inviting Chinese and foreign youth to immerse themselves in authentic Chinese experiences such as Peking Opera, wellness practices, and vibrant local life, to feel the charm of China where tradition and modernity integrate.

（2）长期志愿者Long-Term Volunteers：

通过筛选后，正式纳入促进会志愿服务队，享受“心印中国”系列后续所有活动免筛选优先参与资格，长期深耕中外文化交流领域，与促进会共同成长，持续传递中国文化力量。

Upon successful screening, you will be officially enrolled in the CAPIECE Volunteer Team and enjoy priority access to all subsequent "Heartprint China" events without re-screening. You will engage in long-term China-foreign cultural exchanges, grow together with CAPIECE, and continuously promote the power of Chinese culture.

2、岗位需求Position Openings

结合活动需求，设立三大核心岗位，欢迎结合自身特长报名，让能力在实践中发光：

Three core positions are available based on event needs. You are welcome to apply according to your strengths:

（1）翻译岗：承担中外嘉宾沟通、活动材料翻译、现场口译等工作，确保交流无壁垒，助力文化精准传递。

Translation: Responsible for communication between Chinese and foreign guests, translation of event materials, on-site interpretation, etc., to ensure barrier-free communication and accurate cultural transmission.

（2）摄影摄像岗：负责活动全程拍摄、素材整理、影像记录，捕捉活动精彩瞬间，留存文化交流的珍贵印记。

Photography & Videography: In charge of full-process event shooting, material sorting and visual documentation, capturing wonderful moments and preserving precious records of cultural exchanges.

（3）服务岗：负责嘉宾接待、现场引导、流程协助、物资管理等工作，保障活动有序开展，传递中式待客的温暖与热忱。

Event Services: Responsible for guest reception, on-site guidance, process assistance, material management, etc., to ensure smooth event operation and convey the warmth and enthusiasm of Chinese hospitality.

（4）其他岗位：促进会活动相关其他工作。

Other Roles: Other tasks related to CAPIECE events.

3、招募要求Eligibility Requirements：

无论你来自哪个国家，只要心怀热爱、符合以下要求，都可以加入我们：

Open to applicants of all nationalities who meet the following criteria:

（1）基本条件：国籍不限，性别不限，年龄18-40岁，身心健康，能适应志愿服务节奏。

Basic Requirements: Age 18–40, gender-neutral, physically and mentally healthy, able to adapt to volunteer service schedules.

（2）语言能力：中国籍志愿者需具备流利的外语沟通能力（英语、西班牙语优先）；外籍志愿者需具备流利的英文、中文沟通能力，确保日常交流顺畅。

Language Proficiency: Chinese volunteers must have fluent foreign language skills (English, Spanish preferred); foreign volunteers must have fluent English and Chinese communication skills for daily interaction.

（3）协调能力：具备良好的沟通协作能力，服从促进会及志愿服务队的统一安排，能高效配合完成各项工作任务。

Coordination Skills: Good communication and teamwork abilities, willing to follow the unified arrangement of CAPIECE and the Volunteer Team, and complete tasks efficiently.

（4）职业素养：性格开朗活泼，真心热爱中外民间人文交流事业，愿意主动传递中国文化、倾听世界声音。

Professionalism: Cheerful personality, genuine passion for non-governmental people-to-people exchanges, proactive in promoting Chinese culture and listening to global voices.

（5）纪律要求：遵纪守法，品行端正，无任何不良记录，严格遵守促进会及志愿服务队的各项管理规定。

Discipline: Law-abiding, of good moral character with no misconduct records, strictly comply with all regulations of CAPIECE and the Volunteer Team.

（6）时间保障：时间充裕，能按时、定量完成志愿服务任务。

Time Commitment: Sufficient time to fulfill volunteer duties as scheduled.

4、志愿者权益Volunteer Benefits：

（1） 获得官方志愿服务证书，记录你的志愿足迹，为个人履历增添亮眼一笔，助力升学、评优及个人发展。

Official volunteer service certificate to enhance your resume for academic advancement, awards and personal development.

（2）享受活动期间专属保障，包括统一配发的志愿者标识，以及活动期间的志愿者补贴。

Exclusive on-site support including unified volunteer identification and volunteer stipends during events.

（3）参与岗前培训，涵盖活动流程、服务礼仪、跨文化沟通技巧等内容，提升个人综合能力。

Pre-service training covering event procedures, service etiquette, cross-cultural communication skills and more to improve comprehensive capabilities.

（4）结识来自世界各地的志同道合者，拓展国际视野，积累中外文化交流资源，收获珍贵友谊。

Opportunities to meet like-minded people worldwide, broaden international horizons, build exchange resources and forge valuable friendships.

（5）优先参与促进会各类国际经济与文化交流活动，近距离接触行业专家、中外嘉宾，拓宽个人格局与视野。

Priority access to various CAPIECE international economic and cultural exchange events, close interactions with industry experts and Chinese and foreign guests to expand vision and insight.

（3）筛选流程：收到您的申请后，我们将对报名信息进行审核，审核通过后将通过电话/邮件通知后续安排。

Screening Process: Applications will be reviewed upon receipt. Qualified candidates will be notified of next steps via phone or email.

具体志愿服务项目将于“志愿北京”网站发布，欢迎各位有志之士加入“中国国际经济与文化交流促进会”志愿团体，关注项目活动进展。
