In 2026, China Association for Promotion of International Economic and Cultural Exchanges (CAPIECE) will launch a series of events under the Heartprint China program. The thematic activity A Day In China will explore the cultural heritage behind Chinese daily life. It invites Chinese and foreign youth to immerse themselves in authentic Chinese experiences such as Peking Opera, wellness practices, and vibrant local life, so as to experience the charm of China where tradition and modernity blend.

2026年，中国国际经济与文化交流促进会（CAPIECE）将启动“心印中国”项目系列活动，专题活动“过一天中式生活（A Day In China）”将挖掘中式生活背后的文化底蕴，邀请中外青年通过沉浸式体验京剧、养生、市井烟火等中式日常，感受传统与现代交融的中国魅力。

On Day 1 of A Day In China, we will take you to experience the charm of Peking Opera, the quintessence of Chinese culture. Immerse yourself as a Peking Opera performer for a full day: from morning practice to evening opera appreciation, from costume making to facial painting and head wrapping. Together, let us understand the dedication and everyday passion of Peking Opera artists.

“过一天中式生活”第一天，我们将带你感受国粹京剧的魅力，沉浸式做一天京剧人，从晨醒练功到夜阑听戏，从衣装制作到勾脸勒头，让我们携手，读懂京剧人的烟火与坚守。

Only 5 spots are available for this event. We will review all applications. We hope you have a genuine interest in Peking Opera, a love for in-depth experiences of Chinese culture, and a passion for sharing and promoting it. International students are welcome to scan the QR code below to register.
