Conference on Ecological Origin Protection Held in Nanning

The conference attracted approximately 150 participants, including government representatives, diplomats, experts, scholars, certification bodies, local government officials, and corporate delegates from China and ASEAN countries. Attendees engaged in in-depth discussions on the internationalization, standardization, branding, and industrialization practices of the PEOP system, jointly exploring new pathways to drive regional green economic transformation through new productive forces.

In his address, Liu Jiang, Executive Vice President and Secretary-General of CAPIECE, emphasized that PEOP is an internationally recognized ecological product certification system independently developed by China. It serves not only as a “green calling card” for Chinese products but also embodies ecological value, cultural significance, and quality credibility. He noted that this system is a key measure to implement Xi Jinping's Thought on Ecological Civilization and deeply practice the development philosophy that “lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets.” 

At the meeting, witnessed by leaders including Qu Fenghong, Deputy Secretary-General of the 13th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and Chief Expert of CIQA; Wang Xin, President of CIQA; and Liu Jiang, Executive Vice President and Secretary-General of CAPIECE, the Ecological Origin Protection and Traceability Platform was officially launched.
