世界中餐业联合会副秘书长梁硕一行到访我会 Liang Shuo, Deputy Secretary General of WFCCI visited CAPIE

2025年9月25日,世界中餐业联合会副秘书长梁硕、世界中餐业联合会国宾馆和旅游饭店专委会总干事马云博到访我会,与我会常务副会长兼秘书长刘江围绕举办“第八届世界川菜大会”等话题进行了深入交流。

世界中餐业联合会副秘书长梁硕介绍了“世界川菜大会”基本情况,他指出,由世界中餐业联合会创办的“世界川菜大会”已连续成功举办7届,大会以“让世界爱上川菜”为主题,旨在推动川菜产业国际化发展,大会已经成为川菜产业高质量发展的风向标、聚集地,是餐饮业领军企业交流合作的优质互动平台。2025年10月31日-11月2日,“第八届世界川菜大会”将在四川省乐山市举办,希望得到中国国际经济与文化交流促进会支持与助力,进一步提升中餐的全球美誉度和影响力,同时诚挚邀请促进会领导莅临会场观礼。

我会常务副会长兼秘书长刘江对梁硕副秘书长一行的到访表示欢迎,他指出,世界中餐业联合会作为致力于推动全球中餐文化交流与发展的国际组织,在弘扬中华饮食文化、推动民间国际交流、传承创新烹饪技艺、培养餐饮专业人才、提升中餐业国际地位方面做出了突出贡献。中国国际经济与文化交流促进会作为致力于促进国际经济和文化交流的全国性社会组织,与多国驻华大使馆、国际商会、跨国企业建立了稳固的联系渠道,愿意与世界中餐业联合会加强交流合作,探讨在举办“第八届世界川菜大会”中的合作领域,并通过“走进中华老字号”系列活动为载体,讲好中国美食故事,助力中餐走向世界。


On September 25, 2025, Liang Shuo, Deputy Secretary General of the World Federation of Chinese Catering Industry(WFCCI), and Ma Yunbo, Director General of the State Guesthouse and Tourism Hotel Special Committee of WFCCI, visited China Association for the Promotion of International Economic and Cultural Exchanges (CAPIECE), and had an in-depth exchange with Liu Jiang, Executive Vice President and Secretary General of CAPIECE, on the topic of hosting the 8th World Sichuan Cuisine Congress.

Liang Shuo introduced the basic situation of the "World Sichuan Cuisine Conference". He pointed out that the "World Sichuan Cuisine Congress" founded by the WFCCI has been successfully held for 7 consecutive times. With the theme of "Making the World Fall in Love with Sichuan Cuisine", the conference aims to promote the international development of Sichuan cuisine industry. The conference has become a weather vane and gathering place for the high-quality development of Sichuan cuisine industry. It is a high-quality interactive platform for exchanges and cooperation among leading enterprises in the catering industry. From October 31 to November 2, 2025, the 8th World Sichuan Cuisine Congress will be held in Leshan City, Sichuan Province, hoping to get the support and assistance of CAPIECE to further enhance the global reputation and influence of Chinese food. At the same time, leaders of CAPIECE are cordially invited to attend the ceremony.

Liu Jiang, Executive Vice President and Secretary General of CAPIECE, welcomed the visit of Deputy Secretary General Liang Shuo and his entourage, pointing out that WFCCI as an international organization dedicated to promoting the exchange and development of global Chinese food culture, has made outstanding contributions in carrying forward Chinese food culture, promoting people-to-people international exchanges, inheriting innovative cooking skills, training catering professionals, and enhancing the international status of the Chinese food industry. As a national social organization dedicated to promoting international economic and cultural exchanges, CAPIECE has established solid contact channels with multinational embassies, international chambers of commerce and multinational enterprises. We are willing to strengthen exchanges and cooperation with WFCCI  and explore the areas of cooperation in hosting the 8th World Sichuan Cuisine Congress. In addition, taking "Exploring Chinese Time-Honored Brands" as the carrier, we will tell a good story of Chinese food and help Chinese food enter into the world.
